Self contained automatic lubrication system – lubricate up to 8 points

The Memolub HPS lubricator exerts an astonishing 25bar of pressure on grease. Using only a 4.5V battery pack to powers a patent pump mechanism, this little lubrication machine needs no hard wiring or PLC. It will lubricate up to 8 grease points up to 6 meters away. It is easily set the with over 50 lubricant output settings ranging from 0.17cc to 15.2 cc per day. Filling the Memolub is quick by just changing a grease cartridge of the operators choice and the 4.5V battery pack.

12V, 24V, and 240V - Hard wired electric lubrication system – lubricate up to 18 points

The QLS 301 lubricator is an integrated lubrication machine. It has a 1kg reservoir, timing chip, user friendly setting ability and a pumping mechanism that will exert grease at 205 bar. The QLS lubricates up to 18 points up to 10 meters distance. Oil systems are also available.
