Plant surveys and recommendation
Lube Control will provide plant lubrication surveys, with the objective to improve lubrication practices. The survey includes identifying:
- Assets of the plant with grease and oil points
- Access to areas (including lockout and danger zones)
- lubricants used
- lubrication intervals
- method of application
- documentation
from this initial plant survey Lube Control will give a recommendation where:
- improper lubricants are used and/or lubrication intervals can be extended using Addinol lubricants
- lubricants can be rationalised
- handling of lubricants can be improved
- automatic lubrication can be utilised
- documentation should be used and how
- and more

Lubrication chart
A very handy tool from Lube Control for your maintenance personnel is a custom designed lubrication chart providing workshops with easy identification of lubricants and where they are to be used in the plant. Automatic lube system installation and maintenance
Lube Control offers to install and maintain lubrication systems for your plant.
Installation includes working out lubrication requirements for particular components of the machine, installing the lubrication pump and running the lines to the desired point.
Maintenance consists of routine visits to your plant to ensure reservoirs are topped up, lube pumps are working and that there are no broken lubrication hoses or fittings. The intervals between site visits depend on the criticality of the machine and the lubrication system chosen.
